Lisa is the Founder of MADI and has an extensive leadership, coaching and recruitment career spanning the past 20 years.

Lisa is a talent coach who partners with individuals and organisations to create meaningful change.  She conducts 1:1 coaching across career and leadership, facilitates workshops and delivers recruitment solutions. She does this under the banner of her consultancy, MADI talent studio.  Lisa believes that her purpose is to motivate and inspire individuals and organisations to elevate themselves to the next level.  

Lisa takes a bespoke approach to working with each and every client, ensuring that she understands their current challenges or goals and partners with them to create a solution.

On a personal note, Lisa dotes on her fur-baby Maggie, is a massive foodie & coffee snob and most days you’ll find her doing her morning walks around Melbourne or at her favourite yoga studio.
