My role at MADI is to create meaningful change. I do this through career & leadership coaching, facilitating workshops and providing recruitment solutions. Being authentic, promoting excellence, driving creativity and innovation are the key values of MADI and as Founder, that motivates myself and MADI as a team.
I have an extensive leadership, coaching and recruitment career spanning the past 20 years. I have a Diploma of Professional Coaching, Certificate in Workplace Training & Assessment and am presently studying my MBA - Leadership. I am also accredited an Everything DiSC Practitioner and an Associated Certified Coach (ACC) with the ICF. Oh, and I have a Bachelor of Art - Music (comes in handy at pub trivia nights!). My purpose is purely to motivate and inspire individuals and organisations to elevate themselves to the next level.
On a personal note, I grew up in Brisbane, then in my 20's spent a few years backpacking around Europe which completely changed my perspective on the world. I did a short stint living in Perth, and eventually moved to Melbourne which had been a long-held dream. I love the architecture, food & wine, the arts, fashion, the people and the general vibe. I love hanging with my dog Maggie, am a massive foodie & coffee snob and most days you'll find me doing morning walks around Melbourne or at my favourite yoga studio.

My role at MADI is to provide support across the business's operations and marketing side. I run our social media accounts, review analytics to determine trends and growth areas, and get involved in really anything to do with marketing. I specialise in LinkedIn & help our clients create all-star profiles to help them network like a pro and stand out from the crowd!
I hold a BCom, Double Major in Marketing and International Business and am currently undertaking my Diploma of Counselling. I am a big psychology and philosophy nerd (and if you follow our socials, you may notice this from some of the books we share on there.) I really enjoy being creative and knowing my work is connecting with people. it is important for me to work for a company that is focused on ,making a real change for their clients.
On a personal note, my best friend and I had an eight hour layover in Melbourne on our way to Indonesia, and as I had never been, we took a quick trip to the city. We booked our flights to move as soon as we got back home (Wellington, NZ). I've been living in Melbs for two years and absolutely love it! I think people would say I am friendly, out-going, and a good listener - and maybe that I take too long to get ready...

My role at MADI is to help people build confidence in themselves to take bold action in their careers to make choices that align with their values without limiting themselves, worrying about other people's expectations and playing small.
I have a background in Talent Acquisition, HR, Organisational Development, Graduate Program Development, Careers and stakeholder engagement. I am passionate about getting the best out of people and understanding what drives human behaviour. I am qualified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and currently completing Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner Course for Coaches.
On a personal note, I love learning - not in a formal way but through other people, podcasts, autobiographies, self development books. Being part of a strong community is very important to me, I love the ocean and living on the Surf Coast was the best move my husband I have made. We have two wonderful children who continue to inspire, challenge and teach me daily. People who know me well would describe me as someone who is curious, wise, maintains perspective, empathetic, friendly, independent and witty.

Coffee order - Skinny Latte
My role at MADI is to help our clients reach their full potential. I left the corporate world because I wanted to do something more meaningful and purposeful. What I have discovered along the way, regardless of whether I am training, facilitating or coaching I am helping people discover the best version of themselves.
My career has been a very organic and eclectic one, and gave me great exposure to different and diverse industries. This enabled me to pursue my passion for leadership. In 2015 I made the decision to pursue something more meaningful and took the leap into coaching, training/ facilitation. It has been ultimately rewarding and challenging at the same time and I love it! I have a number of qualifications, but my current studies include a Bachelor of Psychological Science, Diploma of Counselling, and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Coaching (ACAP). I am also accredited in Extended DiSC - Level 2 Finxs.
On a personal note, I used to play clarinet in the Ballarat High School Stage Band and performed live on a TV show called "Kids Only" (Ballarat TV Station BTV6) hosted by Glenn Ridge. Those who know me describe me as warm, friendly, and assertive.
